AVOID EXTRA STRESS
ON SHOW DAY!!!You know you hate standing in line at the entry booth while your horse is
waiting for you at the trailer. Members are eligible to use our pre-entry system....do yourself and the entry booth
volunteers a favor and use our pre-entry system. E-mail mwhaheidi@yahoo.com for more information.

Please remember that our shows are run by members/volunteers.
Our rule for eligibility for year end awards states that a member, family member or representative for a member must
volunteer for 2 hours during the show season.
That's
only 2 hours at some point during our possible 8 shows. So please don't be shy....step forward and give a hand and
make sure your time gets recorded in the entry booth. The entry booth needs the most help from 7:30 am to around 10
am.

For those of you who show Paint Horses we would like to
let you know that MWHA participates in the PAC Program. So if you have signed up for PAC Heidi
Kern at the end of the day.
